As we recover from the economic and social challenges caused by the pandemic, the European Commission has proposed Next Generation EU with a view of creating a sustainable, inclusive and fair recovery for Member States.
This publication is a comparative study aimed at ensuring a dialogue between the two “Southern-Northern” European macro-regions, here represented by Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain, for an inclusive, resilient and dynamic reprise of the EU. The publication offers a liberal perspective on the national policies pursued within the Next Generation EU framework. In each chapter, authors highlight the policies’ priorities of their own countries.
Read the contribution of Maartje Schulz and Ruben Oude Engberink from the Teldersstichting, in the joint effort of ELF member organisations, to get a liberal/VVD perspective on how to move forward.
